Getting Started Is Easy!
It’s easy to get your Rico’s Foods fundraiser started! You can select Start a Fundraiser and Fill in our online request form at your convenience 24 hours a day or calling our Customer Service at (800) 267-7426 or (705) 949-7337 Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. ET. We’ll guide you through the process and, work with you to schedule your delivery day and time, and your group/organization will be on the way to earning Big! Big! Dough!
Note: All Fundraisers must be approved by Rico's Foods prior to Start Selling Dates.

New! Frozen Variety Packs, Pasta Snacks or Custom Made Fundraiser designed for your Organization. You earn from $8.00 to $22.00 for each case sold! You’ll be amazed at how quickly your profits add up!
Selling Period
We recommend actively selling for 2-3 weeks. During this time, your Sellers collect their orders and payment. As customers place their Pasta orders, ask your Sellers to collect payment by cash or money order made payable to your group/organization. Avoid personal cheques if possible to avoid N.S.F. issues.

Placing Your Order
We suggest allowing one week collecting Order Forms from your Sellers, gathering any late orders and tallying the number of Kits you need to have delivered and place your final order.
Making Payment
Payment for your group/organization’s fundraiser is due at delivery and can be prepaid by cash, credit card, debit or cashier’s cheque. The delivery driver will accept payment in the form of a cashier’s cheque or money order. Delivery drivers cannot accept cash, personal/starter cheques or credit cards.
Delivery Day
Your Kits will be delivered directly to your group/organization in a refrigerated truck. To ensure a quick and smooth delivery, be sure to have your delivery in an accessible area, avoiding stairs whenever possible. Enlist one volunteer helper for every 100 items sold to ensure sorting and distributing your orders goes smoothly. Schedule your pick-up time 1 hours after your delivery time to allow enough time to unload, count and sort orders.
Please allow 2 weeks from time of Placing Your Order for Delivery.

Each of Rico’s delicious entrées, soups and sauces is handcrafted from Enrico Palarchio’s authentic Italian recipes, using only the natural, wholesome ingredients found in a genuine Italian kitchen. In order to ensure that you provide your family with a delicious and nutritious meal, we use only 100% premium meats, authentic Italian cheeses, 100% durum wheat semolina pasta, fresh herbs and spices, fresh vegetables, and specially selected vine-ripened tomatoes.
Making meals like ours could take you hours, but with the convenience of Rico’s Foods, dinner can be ready in as little as 10 minutes.
